Sure, but....: It won't hurt anything, but it won't do much. Taking benedryl is better. Ice, topical anesthetics and calalmine lotion on the bite itself can also help.

Insect bite. Red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). If it was Lymes would it have kept expanding? Would it also have faded away after two days of Neosporin if it were Lymes? No other symptoms?
