How awful! We all hate getting bitten in our tender places. Clean with soap and water. Neosporin won't hurt but usually is not necessary. There are OTC creams to use if it gets too itchy like Ivarest and Benadryl. Reducing the itch can be very helpful, especially in public situations. Watch for signs of infection like increasing redness or pus. Most bug bites go away on their own. Good luck!
