?secondary infection: Sounds like your first bite might have got a secondary infection, maybe a staph species, and need an oral antibiotic to clear up.

Insect biteto absces: Neosporin may work , but it has been so long and pus discharge .You have skin infection as abscess , so you need to see the doctor and get treated with antibiotics

Insect bite. Red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). If it was Lymes would it have kept expanding? Would it also have faded away after two days of Neosporin if it were Lymes? No other symptoms?
