Calculating adult : height at age 5 based on gender, height & mid-parental stature isn't always accurate. Genetic growth potential, diet & age at which the growth plates of the long bones close in late puberty are factors. Insufficient consolidated sleep does have other adverse effects on your health & well-being. You need 8.5-9.25 hours of sleep/night. See http://sleepfoundation.org/sleep-topics/teens-and-sleep.

Time will tell: Height is genetically determined and growth will cease when growth plates seal(usually between 17-20 fears of age)
