Depends on stage: Early cervical cancer usually has no symptoms or signs. It is important to have regular pap examinations for early detection. With later stage cancer, there may be irregular bleeding, bleeding with intercourse, ulcer and/or mass on cervix, foul smelling discharge, abdominal pain, urinary problems, weight loss, anemia and if left untreated, death.
