Non specific: Symptoms of cervical cancer are non specific and may range from no symptoms, abnormal vaginal bleeding, bleeding with sex, persistent foul smelling vaginal discharge, pelvic pain, etc. You should see you doctor for an evaluation if you suspect any abnormality. You should also be seeing your doctor on a regular basis for pap test and cervical HPV screenings.
