Remicade/humira: Remicade (infliximab) and Humira same class: biologics. Imuran (azathioprine) and Purinethol (6 mercaptopurine) same class: immunomodulators. All can affect liver chem, as can crohn's. Ask your doc.

Several issues!: Humira and Remicade (infliximab) should not be used together. Although they work differently, there net effect is to inhibit tnf-a, a potent mediator of inflammation. Imuran is the most liekly agent to increase lfts, crohn's itself can do this. If you want off the imuran, ciprofloxin and/or metronidazone are options to combine with humira. Do you have arthritis with your crohn's? 30% do.
