Is there a type of cancer that causes of swollen spleen?

Maybe: Lymphoma is a blood cancer disorder that could make a person's spleen become enlarged. It is very rare to only get cancer in the spleen itself.

Yes: Several types can cause the spleen to enlarge including lymphoma, leukemia. It can also enlarge with stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer - but the main reason the spleen gets larger is an infection like mono.
