Yes, abnormal blood: Yes, because blood cancers often present with high white cell count(WBC) and enlargement of the spleen. If you tell us your CBC results(including white blood count and % lymphocytes) we can be more certain of what is going on in your blood. Further blood tests are often necessary to make a certain diagnosis.
