See a physician: It sounds like you already have, I will advise you follow up with your physician and specialist as advised as maybes will make you more anxious. Its better to stick to a defined follow up regimen.

Possible: In an otherwise healthy 26 year old female, the first thing that comes to mind with a large spleen and too many lymph nodes is something of infectious origin. Malignancy is less likely. With a good history and physical examination, you doctor will be able to decide what other tests you need and whether a biopsy is indicated.
