What Age child?: Simple would be wheat bread toast and peanut butter. Cereal with fruit and skim milk. Almost anybody can fry an egg or hard boil an egg. Of course people's idea of what is healthy will vary from person to person. The fact that they eat any breakfast is probably most important and try to get some protein in the am is especially important to a good day of learning.
