Healthy meals: Scrambled egg whites with spinach are a good breakfast, with some multigrain toast and cut fruit. Turkey sausage is also a nice lean protein choice. Oatmeal, with its fiber and slow delivery of carbohydrates, is a good choice, as is omega-3 rich fish.
