Quick, limited.: Convenience breakfast foods like BelVita crackers and such are meant to pretty much help you put something in your stomach so you can start your day. They're not really part of a well-planned, healthy, varied meal plan. Limit their use to when you're really strapped for time, but mostly try to set aside time for a healthy breakfast.
