One Thought: ...Is to limit your range of options and go for only one, say, a set of in-home dvd exercise tapes. There are many out there., although beachbody is one with which I am familiar. Your goals will drive your selection from a wide array of choices: resistance work, aerobic fitness, endurance work, lean muscle mass gains, etc. Working with a personal trainer is also an option. Above all, have fun!
