Please clarify: If you mean blepharoplasty with lasik, I am not aware of these being combined and don't feel the combination would be a good idea. If you mean blepharoplasty performed with a laser rather than a scalpel, my advice: don't waste your money. There is no advantage to laser blepharoplasty over more traditional methods.

No but: I've done them before and agree the skin incision heals better if it is made with a knife as opposed to a laser. Now blepharoplasty combined with laser skin resurfacing can give nice results.

Yes: There are 2 main ways to use the laser during a cosmetic eyelid surgery. One is as a substitute for a scalpel. The other is to use the laser for "resurfacing" the skin - which is improving fine lines and texture issues. I routinely use this second laser method.
