See Gyn doctor: Endometriosis usually confines to peritoneal cavity, if implanted on back muscles means had some abdominal surgical procedure was done previously. Pain is most likely due to bowel adhesions in addition to medical treatment may need laparoscopic exam possible lysis of adhesion ( removal and release of bowel) by your gyn doctor.
