Pelvic endometriosis: Endometriosis in the pelvis can cause back pain, as those are the nerve receptors that relay the pain to the back. However, adhesions in the pelvis from the two C/sections can also produce that same "back pain" You need to see your OB GYN MD who can determine the true cause after examination. Make an appointment soon.

Yes: Endometriosis may cause several symptoms such a pelvic pain, pain with urination, achy muscles eg back and shoulder pain especially during menses, bowel pain, bowel changes eg diarrhea after a meal and periods of constipation, bloating, heavy and irregular periods and infertility. Rule other causes of back pain then have your doc try meds (such as Lupron, Orilissa) to see if you have pain relief.
