Ebdo pain: Back pain from endometr is a referred pain most of the time, since the ligaments and muscles that support the pelvis and uterus anchor to the bony lower back. Nsaid's usually help. Some other times you may actually have spasms from pyriformis muscle or paraspinals, these will be relived by stretching these muscle groups as well as massage therapy. Trigger point injections could help a lot as well.

Treat the disease: I assume 1) you have a definite diagnosis of endometriosis already, 2) there's good reason to believe your back pain is caused by endometriosis. If these are true treating your endometriosis is the best answer. If either of the above is not true, then that's where to start.
