How can I get relief from my endometriosis and pelvic floor muscle dysfunction?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Kenan Omurtag
14 years experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Speak to your : Obgyn about this and look into physical therapy. There are physical therapists who specialize in working with patients to strengthen pelvic muscles in order to better cope with back and pelvic pain. You have to be motivated and committed though. Your obgyn can be helpful in this pursuit.
