SIJ: Young females with abdomen/pelvic pain & dyspareunia unexplained by examinations might consider sacroiliac joint disorder. Pain generation evoked by this major joint radiates to the pelvis & sexual activity, as femurs are abducted, torques joint to even greater intensities of pain generation.
