Can endometriosis cause urge fecal incontinence, gluteal muscle pain, bilateral weakness in legs and limping? piriformis stretch does not relieve the pain. the pain is clearly worse with bleeding. are these symptoms menstual related or endo related?

If endometriosis implants are found in the posterior cul de sac of the pelvis (behind the vagina) on the pelvic floor, then the nerves to the legs, back, and pelvis will produce some of the symptoms. The only sure way to know is for a GYN MD to examine you and possibly see the lesions with laparoscopy which can then be treated at the same time. See one soon.

Endometriosis cane cause all kind of symptoms depending on the areas involved. Seems like you need further testing and seeing a Gyn with experience in treating endometriosis. Hope you feel better.
