Yes: Rhinoplasty can be used to reshape all aspects of the nasal appearance. Your rhinoplasty surgeon can help explain what you can expect. Changing the shape of the nasal bones will require osteotomies, which is a controlled fracture of the bones. This is more likely cause bruising in the post operative period, but can help reshape even severely deviated noses.
