Not too much!: Vitamin c is overtaken by many and could have downsides. Take no more than 100mg/day. Vitamin a is fat soluble, and too much can causes many side effects. If you take the vitamin a precursor, beta-carotene, the only harm might be yellowing of skin at excessive doses. I recommend the mdr for regular vitamin a.
