I take a type of vitamins that you're supposed to take twice a day and two gummies each. just a couple hours ago i ate a handful should i be worried?

No: About the only thing that might be dangerous about a handful of gummy vitamins is too much iron. However, most gummy vitamins have either no iron or very small amounts- you would need to take at least 1000 mg of elemental iron to have any toxic effects and i know of no gummies with that much iron. Nothing else in these would approach a toxic dose. But the question I have is why did you do this?
