It Could: I'm not quite sure what you intend to mean by wanting to "restore your spirituality." however, there is no question that a focus on spirituality can increase a sense of inner peace.

Choose wisely: There are all sorts of spiritualities -- things to believe passionately that fall outside the subject matter of science. The ones that demand that you stop thinking for yourself will give you superficial friends and a transient peace. The ones that focus on intelligent, effective service to others -- even loving without expecting to be loved in return -- are hard roads to real peace ; meaning.

We are : Physical, emotional ; spiritual creatures. Lack of balance in one or all three areas of life - can throw us off kilter. Striving for purpose, meaning ; balance in life may help to bring a sense of peace.

Yes.: Spirituality is our connection to our divine nature, and to become disconnected from it can cause a great sense of loss and confusion. I believe it is our link to our true inheritance as higher beings living a human experience. I want to support and encourage you to continue to explore ways to restore what you feel you have lost.
