Kegel exercise : Kegel exercises are the classic. The easiest way to think about doing them is as if you were tightening up your muscles during mid stream of urinating with the goal of stopping your flow. So simply squeeze and hold for 5-10 counts and repeat. Also basic core exercises like plank, side plank and bench with a pillow pressed tightly between knees while tightening buttocks are helpful.
