How can i restore my belly to its normal tight shape after giving birth twice

If only that easy...: Body sculpting sounds promising (& there are gimmicks & diets that promise you their products can do this), but the only way to effectively spot-reduce is surgery. Lose 1 pound of fat per 3500 calories you drop or work off, but you can't pick where--sorry. You have much to gain from a moderate diet, regular exercise (get a personal trainer who can help you strive toward your goal), & low alcohol.
