Maybe: Sorry, can't help you there. Could mean either the right ear was normal or both were infected and the left was worse. Call your doctor to clarify. If he gave you oral antibiotics, then it will treat both ears, but if you have topical antibiotics you really want to know to apply the medications to both ears or just one. Good luck.
