Abdominal pain: Pain under the rib cage is usually do to something in the epigastric area of the stomach which woudl include the area under your diaphragm, lower esphagus, stomach, dudodenum, gallbladder, liver and pancrease (pancrelipase). Some type of problem with the upper poles of your kidneys is possible. Also, ovarian cyst or infection can cause pain in that area. A 'scope' can help, but does not rule out a problem.
