Not clear : Where the hernia repair was on the abdomen vis a vis your pain. I recommend calling your surgeon. If you have severe pain, bowel obstruction, or fevers, you might want to go to the er.

Could be: There are a variety of aches and pains that are usually transient, and can be migratory that do not mean anything is wrong. Usually, if something is "wrong", you will know. Persistent or severe symptoms should prompt an immediate call to your primary care doctor or surgeon.
