Not needed: Using natural organic products are healthier. He can get great benefit from consume lean meat, milk products, soymilk, bananas, home made smoothies. When using protein powder, one should be concerned about the amount used and it's effects on the kidneys. Anyone with kidney disease should not use protein powder. A limited amount of protein powder should be ok when mixed with natural products.
