Sleep/breath/connect: 1. Sleep is your 2nd most important "nutrient" next to oxygen. We can go longer w/o food/water than w/o good sleep. If you're not waking refreshed, find out why. 2. Breathe deeply & slowly many times a day. It slows pulse/lowers blood pressure and busts stress hormones. 3. Connect to something bigger than you. Belonging to strong friendships & vibrant groups nourishes optimism. Isolation kills.
