Several MEDS: Several medications may help diabetic neuropathy: lyrica, (pregabalin) gabapentin, tri-cyclics etc. Also vitamin supplement : metanx (pill 2x/day) may also help for 'painful diabetic neuropathy' check with a diabetic specialist.

Diabetic neuropathy: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy might benefit from anti-seizure medications such as gabapentin, gralise, lyrica (pregabalin). Medical food like metanx might also benefit the neuropathy.
