Acceptance: You can make sure that you are careful in everything that you do and try not to involve yourself in any high risk behavior. Ultimately you just need to accept the fact that anything can happen. Once you do that the paranoia will subside.

Why paranoid?: Why would you be "paranoid" about breaking a bone? Is something going on medically with you, that makes you fear this? (for instance, certain medications, osteoporosis, metastatic cancer disease, etc, can increase vulnerability to this). Some people really do need to be cautious, but i don't know whether you're one of them . . ? I suggest talk with your family physician about risk factors, 1st.
