Get help in person: It sounds like you are very uncomfortable about many things. This can really eat away at your energy. I hope you'll consider seeing a psychiatrist and possibly also a therapist about these things. There are medications that can help the OCD and the paranoia, which can be so frightening. Therapy can help you with the anxiety and compulsive thinking. The 2 together could bring you through. Be well!

Mental health: You need to have a psychiatric evaluation because of your symptoms. In the hands of a good psychiatrist this condition can be properly evaluated and treated.
