Obsessional Thoughts: Please consider getting treatment from a clinical psychologist or other health professional. A old book called "The Boy Who Couldn't Stop Washing" by Rappaport may be helpful. Peace and good health.

Get training: You are not given a life operators manual at birth, so you will sometimes encounter things that require outside training/help.You would seek out a specialist to help you with a broken leg so you should with this.A life coach/therapist can help you learn the skill set needed to deal with life.Medications may help also but the need would be determined by a good evaluation. You doc should know one.
