Keep using eye drops: Prk and lasik are not involved with DX of glaucoma. Imperative that you follow the instructions of your eye md regarding eyedrops for glaucoma. Hemorrhage on optic disc aids in the DX of glaucoma but is not a thing to specifically be worried about.

Glaucoma after LASIK: Glaucoma may develop in any person, regardless whether they do or do not have lasik surgery. The disc hemorrhage is suggestive of normal tension glaucoma, one type of open angle glaucoma. Lasik or prk makes accurate pressure measurement tricky, so your doctor will use other methods to follow your response to glaucoma treatment.
