Dry eye: Your description sounds like dry eye. Try starting frequent artificial tears, ointment at night, warm compresses, and omega-3 fatty acids. If no improvement, see an eye doctor to consider punctal plugs.

Slight hyperopia: The eye pain is most likely from dry eyes. The technology used such as blade microkeratome vs. Femtosecond laser (intralase) plays an eneromous role here. Your final curvature may also play a big role if you had hyperopic lasik and now your curvature is too steep (k>48). Best revisit with your lasik doc!

See ophthalmologist: Most common cause of eye pain after lasik is dry eyes. See your ophthalmologist, several treatment options are available. Your refraction indicates mild hyperopia. You should have good distance vision without glasses, but most likely need reading glasses for near.
