Very mildly off: Both these corrections are close to endpoint in each eye. Usually we would want the better eye in the distance to be in the dominant eye. Minor errors are easily tolerated in the majority of patients. Sometimes i leave patients above 44 a little near sighted in the non-dominant eye to replace failing near vision. I have not found this to work in patients 40 to 43 years old.

Enhancement: If the over correction is bothering you enough you may want to consider an enhancement after your eye has stabilized. Realize that at age 42 is when presbyopia typically starts so even if corrected to plano you will still require reading glasses in the near futures. Hopefully, this was explained to you before the procedure.
