Possible heart disea: This is highly unusual. It is very common to have blue/purple hands and feet in cold weather, when the baby's hands and feet are exposed. However having blue/purple feet may indicate a vascular disease. You nees to discuss this with your baby's pediatrician to explore this possibility.
