Get it evaluated: It could be a combination of different problems. It could be neuropathy along with, vasculitis or peripheral vascular disease. If you smoke, stop! get evaluated and treated by your physician to prevent potential complications.

CREST Syndrome: Could be crest syndrome or limited scleroderma. It has no known cure, and treatments focus on managing symptoms and preventing serious complications. Symptoms include tight, hardened skin usually in lower arms ; legs, including fingers and toes. Another symptom is raynaud's phenomenon, where small blood vessels in your fingers and toes go into spasms in response to cold or emotional stress.
