Less caloric intake: Any excess calories you consume above what yous body burns off causes gain of wt. Exercising daily is admirable and to burn more calories you may need to do more intensive exercises--walking is good, but jogging burns more, and running burns even more etc...So, watch what you take in. If you feel fatigue, dry skin, brittle hair as well, check with doc for thyroid trouble etc..Good luck.
