Take a break: Although it could be from some cause, I would recommend seeing how you respond by taking a break. I am not an exercise trainer, but most of the exercise books I have read recommend not lifting daily. Activity yes, but weight lifting no. See what happens by changing weight lifting to 3 times per week or altleast every other day. Your muscles need recovery time.
