Not sure: To know for sure, you would need to ask others why they say this about you. But it's possible they're noticing that you seem irritable, cross, or that your mood seems rapidly changeable. All these can be signs of pms that others might see and comment on. Whether they apply to you or not, only you and others you're around can say.
