?Symptoms: It depends on the symptoms. Ocps are great for helping with most of the pms symptoms. Nsaids (aleve, motrin, advil) can help with the cramps. Ssris (zoloft, prozac/serafem...) can help with the mood disorders and diet and exercise can go a long way as well.

Magnesum, primroseoil: Magnesium is a common deficiency and it relaxes involuntary muscle, so can help menstrual cramps. Evening primrose oil contains gla which helps to balance hormones. Pms is a sign that you have estrogen dominance (too much estrogen compared to Progesterone levels in the body, usually not seen on blood tests). Bio-identical Progesterone cream is the best treatment for pms.
