PMS Sxs: I agree with dr. Thanapathy. Pms symptoms can include feeling tearful, irritability, mood swings, anger, depressed mood, change in sex drive & anxiety. These may be accompanied by swelling of the breasts (or extremities), weight gain, bloating, cramps, overeating, headaches (to include migraines), dizziness, fainting and palpitations. Sleep may be disturbed with problems with acne or hives.

PMS symptoms: Pms includes both physical and emotional symptoms in the 1-2 weeks before your menstrual period, and which go away when bleeding starts. These include: swollen, tender breasts; feeling tired; sleeping poorly; upset stomach; bloating; constipation/diarrhea; trouble w/concentration; headache or backaches; joint aches & pains; tension & irritability; depression; mood swings; crying spells, etc.

PMS Sx's may include: fluid retention wi abdominal bloating & weight gain, breast enlargement & tenderness, muscle cramps or joint pain (especially abdominal, back or thigh pain), nausea (sometimes vomiting), constipation or loose bowel movements, ^'ed acne, feeling tired, insomnia, mood swings, irritability, depressed mood, crying spells, poor concentration, carbohydrate craving, changes in appetite & anxiety.
