Have them removed: This is a problem that could continue and only get worse with time. Wisdom teeth commonly come in at odd angles and can cause problems due to their location, difficulty to keep clean, etc. While you're young i'd advise you to see your dentist about having it (them) removed.

Go see your dentist: Sometmes the gum can get infected around an errupting wisdom tooth, or sometimes it just errupts into the wrong position, causing the cheek biting. Either way, you should see your dentist. It is possible that you might have to have the widsom tooth (teeth) removed. Your dentist can guide you appropriately.
