It's possible: It's possible to have all of the above diagnoses. It sounds like you have a complex and perhaps confusing cluster of impairing and distressing symptoms and i recommend that you see a mental health professional to obtain an accurate diagnosis rather than try to self-diagnosis, particularly in a less than clear situation such as yours.

Yes: Comorbidities are conditions that exist together. Adhd, anxiety, bipolar exist together frequently. They all need to be treated simultaneously to get best clinical outcome. Please see a competent practitioner for elucidation of these symptoms.

Look for the cause: Adhd, anxiety & bipolar depression are all symptoms of some underlying medical cause such as thyroid problems, diet, allergies, nutritional deficiencies and others. To find the real condition you must see a doctor who will look for the cause and not just cover symptoms with drugs. That is always what i try to do.

Multiple diagnosis: Adhd and bipolar disorder can coexist . Stabilization of mood symptoms is important before starting adhd treatment.

This sounds complex: That sounds pretty complicated, so your symptoms may be caused by more than one cause or condition. Therefore, i would recommend a good check up by your physician and an evaluation by a psychologist. Let the 2 doctors share their findings with each other and make recommendations.

Maybe yes and maybe.: Many behavioral mental health conditions tend to share similar symptomatology, however there are also distinctive characterisitcs and criteria, that could help an experienced, competent professional, identify them correctly. As always a thorough history and physical exam is needed, there are diagnostic assessments that could help in assessment>the two DX could co-exist or it could be either.See your md.
