Not very helpful: Most mouthwash makes you feel "minty fresh", but has very limited health benefits. Listerine has some effect, because it has some essential oils that bacteria don't like, but in general, mouthwash has no clinical benefit. Brushing and flossing sure do though! so don't cover bad odor with mouthwash, ...Just see your dentist instead...There might be a reason why you need it!
