Mostly few: High blood pressure of the ordinary elevation will not change anything that you might notice in your eyes. If the blood pressure is staggeringly high - a diastolic over 160 for instance, the vision might fade. Most of the changes related to elevated BP can be seen in the eye by your ophthalmologist. A complication of too high pressure is strokes and these can cause many eye problems.
